Loni is young and impressionable and has heard about this property in her town that has some crazy legends connected to it. Supposedly the guy who lives there is really into bondage and hates trespassers. It's rumored that he ties trespassers up and torments them if they are caught on his property, and Loni finds this to be very alluring. She has no idea that this isn't a legend and that this is something that has been a staple to the family who has owned this property for a long time.
