Gets a MakeUp Test

Mr. King comes in to check on Frankie's progress of her make up test.He discovers she has not finished in the hour given to her, and this is her second chance on the test. He tells her to bend over the table to receive a punishment for her lack of effort. After grading her test, Mr. King discovers Frankie has failed yet again. He decides a strapping is in order, and has her bend over the table for a dose with the black strap.
