Matron feels she must have a talk with her husband Mr. Baxter about their girls' behavior and his role in helping her raise them. She has been handling all of the discipline lately, and they have been misbehaving frequently, giving attitude and not listening to her. She asks Mr. Baxter to step up and handle the situation, and he agrees that sterner measures seem to be required.
