Diane and Gordon (Jamie Michelle and James Sinner) have been trying to find a way to get their freeloading teen Melody (Sophia Burns) to move out of their house and get her life started. No matter what they do or say, however, Sophia always finds a way to stay put. She's stubborn and indignant, to say the least.One day, however, Diane and Gordon come up with a brilliant idea. They invite Melody's creepy stepcousin, Steven (Robby Echo), to come to live with them. Melody is confused- they don't have a guest bedroom, so where will Steven be staying? Diane and Gordon smile haughtily- in Melody's bedroom, of course. Melody is shocked, and it becomes clear that her parents are hoping that Steven's disturbing presence will be enough to motivate her to fly from the nest...
